Transcript Evaluation
Prospective students can request an unofficial transfer evaluation to determine
status of compliance with program pre-requisites. The unofficial transfer
evaluation request form should be attached to copies of all U.S. college transcripts and
sent to the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Nursing address denoted on the form.
Please Note - Due to application processing, you may expect the following response time:
- January 1st-April 15th: Response after May 1st
- April 15th-August 1st: Response within 3 weeks
- August 1st-November 15th: Response after December 1st
- November 15th-January 1st: Response within 3 weeks
